UltiZyme® 28 GLUTARALDEHYDE is a new 3% glutaraldehyde formulation with an accelerated 25 minute kill time for faster high level disinfection of instruments. UltiZyme 28 has a minimal surfactant level to protect scopes and other lensed instruments while a new solid activator assures a mild pleasant smell and low vapor levels.

Cold Sterilog™ 2.1% Glutaraldehyde Monitor* should be used before each use of UltiZyme® 28 3% Glutaraldehyde solution to determine that the glutaraldehyde concentration is above the minimum effective concentration of 1.8%.  Do not use the Cold Sterilog™ 1.8% Glutaraldehyde Monitor with the UltiZyme® 28 3% Glutaraldehyde Solution.  The use of this monitor will produce erroneous results.
